Re-evaluate: Tmj\tmd is not something that you generally just treat and it's cured. There are many contributing factors and episodes of stress, not wearing an appliance, gum chewing, etc. Can cause ongoing symptoms. When was the last time you saw your dentist for an evaluation? Are you following all instructions? See your dentist and perhaps an ENT specialist to rule out any medical issues.

Not osteoporosis: Not symptoms of osteoporosis see doctor rule out unlikely djd at your age , try massage relaxation and cervical traction if clicking is painless ignore it, you have 14 knuckle size joints facet joints in your neck they can pop and click from time to time normally i always attributed this to anxiety and muscle tension painless clicking and grinding should be ignored my opinion good luck

Neck pain: Likely you injured small muscles used in postural control ,try a soft foam neck collar for support ,prescription  muscle relaxing drugs may also help ,if severe see a physician

Neck arthritis: There are several joints and intervertebral discs in the neck.  These can wear out over time leading to pain, stiffness, and headaches  you can also get neck pain/stiffness from a muscle strain.  See your physician if these symptoms do not clear up.

Head turning: It may be a vertebral problem but it may be a muscular problem. You may have torticollis or a wry neck. If you do it will respond to heat or ice treatment and analgesics or muscle relaxants. If no response see your doctor for further evaluation and xrays of your cervical vertebrae.

Post traumatic HA: Head hits can lead to daily headache, plus muscle tightness of face, jaw and neck. Likely this will resolve on it's own within 4 weeks or less. For the first 2 weeks, it's okay to take over-the counter Ibuprofen or Naproxen as needed. If it persists beyond 2 weeks, get in to a neurologist for evaluation and management. Good luck!
