had pull out method on feb 28 & period should be march 14.did p.t on 15 and 16 but still negative.should i get another test?is my hcg low?

Preg test : Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Hcg injections: Hcg injections can 'throw off period' depending on the dose and when they are given.  Hcg is the hormone made by the placenta which maintains the corpus luteum, which makes estrogen and Progesterone which maintains the pregnancy.  If one gives HCG in the late luteal phase it can delay the menses.  If given pre-ovulatory it can enhance ovulation and result in a pregnancy.

No, it's right: For most laboratories,  HCG levels have to be greater than 5 to be pregnant.  Less than 1 and getting your period means that you are not pregnant this month.

HCG is not accurate : HCG is not used to date a pregnancy... we use either the first date of the start of your last menstrual period or an early ultrasound

Hard to tell but may: Sorry to hear that you had to have a D&C done. It is not possible to tell you exactly when you will have you menstrual flow again. The body needs a couple of weeks to recover from the illness/trouble that prompted the D&C and the procedure itself. Then probably additional month or so. You may skip a month too. So, don't worry too much..It will come again. Consult doc. Good luck.

The number looks : Good. We don't rely on the HCG titer alone to determine the viability of the fetus. Pelvic or vaginal ultrasound would detect the gestational sac 5-6 weeks after fertilization. Overall assessment of the pregnant woman esp symptoms such as absence of abdominal bleeding or cramping would indicate good viability of the pregnancy. Pls read more info below. AMENORRHEA: Consult OB for possible pelvic ultrasound if  pregnancy test is not positive by 3 months. Do you have the sx of pregnancy like am sickness, breast congestion, urinary frequency, etc?
