Low T: In the us, it's not a common practice among licensed docs to prescribe those for low t either. 
I cannot tell you where you'd find those that do as i don't live in belgium. Plus, i cannot guarantee that you will succeed by using these substances either.

None really: Hcg is not known for its cosmetic results for the face. You don't want to lose the structural fat that supports the features of the face, by extreme weight loss. It can't be replaced, except by fillers temporarily. Make sure you have this discussion with your doctor before using it, so you don't replace one problem for another. Bio identical hormones should also be discussed if you're a candidate.

Concern with Dx &amp; Rx: How was your "low T" diagnosed? Who prescribed HCG for it? What would be measured on the blood test? There are a number of nebulous and suspicious issues. May I suggest that you consult a urologist.

Low T (Testosterone): Low testosterone is a common condition that affects men as they get older. Treatment is with testosterone replacement, such as androgel, which is very effective in raising "t" levels and thus reducing the effects of low "t".

Clomid (clomiphene) works for low: Clomid (clomiphene) works for low testosterone in men. It works because it makes the male brain think you are very low on estrogen. Since men need some estrogen, and men don't have ovaries to make estrogen, the brain sends a signal to the testicles to make more testosterone and tries to convert some testosterone to estrogen later. Beware, daily Clomid (clomiphene) will quickly stop working. Every other day is better.

Several causes: Either primary as in primary immune deficiency disorders, (rare), or secondary, to drugs, mostly immunosuppressant drugs, or infection, the most famous is HIV

No: The s does is in the starting range for treatment.

Maybe: It could be something to get checked out although there are a lot of causes of low mood that do not involve testosterone.  I would think that a conversation with your primary care doctor could be informative!

Low T: Be kind to him. No man wants to be known as having low testosterone.
That said, at his age he NEEDS to be seen by his doctor who will take his medical history, examine him, and order appropriate labs. Once all the labs are back your doctor will plan his treatment. On some occasions men with low T may need to see a Urologist.

Please go to the doctor with your husband and learn.

on test cypionate because of very low t. was prescribed and given a vial but refrigerated it (3wks)instead of room temp. appears normal. advice?

Call manufacturer: Call and ask you pharmacist.  If they are not sure, call manufacturer's customer service number.  Most drugs are not adversely affected by temperatures colder than recommended provided it is above freezing (32 degrees).  They are much more likely to be compromised by prolonged exposure to excessively high temperatures.
