Be seen now: Right lower abdominal pain that increases in severity could be appendicitis.  Appendicitis needs surgery to be cured, I suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible.

Vasoconstriction: Dayquil have dextromethorphan which cause stomack upset and phenylephrine which constrict blood vessels and cause high blood pressure--stop using the medicine till this side effects resolve--if persistent get yourself checked.

GI workup: Could be anything from gastritis (viral stomach bug) to ulcer, gall bladder, diverticulitis.  I believe a GI work up is in order.  If your discomfort is very high, a visit to the ER might be warranted.  Best Wishes

: The daily dose is required, but inquire about dividing the dose, and taking a PPI 30 minutes prior to the dose. A follow up in one month is recommended. Report respiratory symptoms and weight loss to your physician. Eat yogurt and reduce spicy foods. Please don't skip doses

Workup needed: Are you having any symptoms like weight loss or changes in your bowel habits? If yes to either of these questions you should see your family doctor to have some testing performed. Stomach pain lasting more then if you days can be inflammatory bowel disease or it can be irritable bowel disease. The best thing is to ask for your family doctor's advice and possibly see a gastroenterologist if you're able to.

RLQ abdominal pain: Pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen can be from many sources, including the gallbladder, liver, kidney, ovaries, colon, small intestine, and pancreas, among others. No Cure: Allergies cannot be cured. Some less severe allergies can be overcome through gradual desensitisation (exposure to diluted version to build tolerance). That said, a stomach ache may not be a true allergy & may be caused by something else. Have you been tested for allergies and been told you are allergic or do you think you are allergic because it causes stomach ache? See md for true diagnosis.
