Yes: Inhaling hash oil with a vaporizer can give you a large amount of THC in only 1 or two inhalations which has been known to cause dizziness and anxiety in some people. I have not read of any chills per se, associated with it.

Unusual choice: Ivermectin stays in your blood for a day.  It's an unusual choice of therapy for scabies infestation and is usually reserved for patients who do not have functional immune system.  Permethrin alone, applied as directed to the whole body and left on overnight before washing, should do the trick with one initial treatment followed by a second treatment 7 days later if needed.  Tea tree oil is ok.

Sounds confusing but: If asking about constipation, each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber-with-water, polyethylene glycol, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and help too.
