If he is simply licking his finger and then touching you pregnancy should not occur. That said, during the excitement, it is easy to mix things up. For that reason it is best for him to use a condom once aroused and use lubricant instead of saliva

Discharge: Vaginal discharges can take many forms. In the absence of other symptoms the more likely causes are normal vaginal secretions or if you just had intercourse it could still be semen.  Yeast infections cause a white discharge but usually there is itching or burning. If this continues see your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
