Heartburn: Heartburn occurs when stomach acid backs up into your esophagus.  If the lower esophageal sphincter relaxes abnormally or weakens, stomach acid can flow back up into your esophagus, causing heartburn. The acid backup may be worse when you're bent over or lying down.

Heart burn treatment: A few things you can try include:
1: Lifestyle changes: avoid late night eating and elevate your head in if you have night time symptoms, weight loss, avoid spicy/acidic foods, chocolate, caffeine, and alcohol.
2: Medications: You can try OTC Tums (calcium carbonate) or OTC Omeprazole. If your symptoms do not get better within a week or two, see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

If you are: Sure it is heartburn, you can try some otc meds that reduce acid such as Prilosec or zantac (ranitidine).  But mid epigastric pain can also come from heart, so it is best to see your doctor.  If it is angina, it could develop into heart attack.

i have had heartburn for 4 days straight. it usually start few hours after waking up and leaves in the afternoon. this cycle has gone for 4 day now?

: Gastroesophageal reflux is the most common cause of this.  Raising the head of your bed 6 inches and avoiding certain foods that may exacerbate this, such as acidic or fatty foods may be helpful.  If not helped, try over the counter medicines, such as famotidine, and lastly one of the proton pump inhibitors- but use the minimal amount of time.  If have bleeding or not helped, check with doctor.

ive been fasting for the past 14 days and im feeling very tried no energy, out of breath sometimes, and chest always feels heavy. there isnt any chest pains. sometimes when i breath theres a burning sensation. but it isnt heartburn?

: That is a long fast and I am sure not really good for you.  Why not increase your exercise decrease your dietry intake and enjoy life more. Those syptoms are little warning signs that all is not well.

Nausea/fatique: diet: Many women can develop intolerance to lactose with a diminished ability to metabolize milk/milk products.  Stomach ulcers or reflux of stomach acids can also lead to nutritional deficiencies.  Ask your gyn physician for a gastroenterology referral for additional testing.  Try elimination of milk products while awaiting a GI consult.

: Irregular menstrual periods are common. The fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone can be easily affected by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep, thyroid problems, and uterine issues such as adenomyosis or fibroids. If your period irregularities persist, talk to your Dr about what testing can be done to determine the cause. Always use contraceptives to prevent pregnancy.

Viral exanthem: This could be a viral rash, but you can't discount other possible causes exanthems can be caused by toxins or drugs, microorganisms, or can result from autoimmune disease.  It could be related to the flu shot, but not necessarily.  

A visit to the medical doctor could be warranted here.

i'm experiencing severe heartburn for about three and a half days nonstop i have also had constipation what do i do?

Take Maalox or-mylan: Mylanta or maalox work right away but their effect is short lasting. For 24 hour relief you should take Prilosec or Omeprazole ...Both are available over the counter. But you have to take it daily as the beenefit lasts only for 24 hours.

ive had gastro..still feeling weak couple days later and now i have bad heartburn sensation only when standing..sitting is fine...

Heartburn: try a Nexium (esomeprazole) 24 over the counter as this may just be a complication of your gastroenteritis
