No: The size &amp; contour of the inner labia are the result of an interaction between your genes, hormones &amp; tissue receptors in the structure. Whether they stay tucked in, extend a bit, or look like elephant ears on one or both sides is just how it works out. Masturbation has nothing to do with it.If the size/length interferes with your clothing selection /comfort you can have a gynecologist reduce them

Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
