Check your lungs for: It could be anxiety, but you have to check your lungs, you could have asthma or any other lung disease. If they can not find anything else, then you could say that it is from anxiety.

Not sure: Could be a number of things. Hot showers can cause your blood vessels to dilate and your blood pressure to drop. This can cause fainting. Maybe inhaling too much steam can be the cause as well for your breathing episodes.
