i've been having bad pains in my stomach and been putting on a lot of weight which leaves my belly hard and sore.. i've been having signs of pregancy ?

Many causes: Abdominal pain can be associated with many different etiologies. Chronic abdominal pain is a common complaint and could be associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  LUQ pain could be splenic etiology. Epigastric could be pancreatitis, ulcer or other gastric etiology. Pregnancy should be considered. You should see your PMD if persistent or worse. Pregnancy Maybe.: The first question to answer was "when was your last menstrual period"?  If you have not missed a menstrual period then this goes farther down on the list of probability.  What is very common this time of year would be Viral illnesses that can cause fever and muscle aches
 Sinus infections  can drain causing a sore throat , nausea and perhaps vomiting.

It can be: It is common to feel sick to your stomach in early pregnancy.  It usually would not start until you are at least 2 weeks late for your period.  If you also missed a period, you should take a pregnancy test.

Possibly: If you were recently sexually active w/o protection, you could be pregnant - would recommend  home pregnancy test for starters.  If pain continues or worsens, or if you are pregnant, you should be seen by a physician for an evaluation.

Possibly: It could be pregnancy related, but just as likely to be an issue with your diet or gastrointestinal tract or new medication that you have started.

Abnormal bleeding : You could be pregnant and having abnormal bleeding or you may have breakthrough bleeding and spotting due to an ovarian cyst or hormonal imbalance.  You could also be bloated because of hormonal problems. I would recommend a pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor accordingly.

Take pregnancy test: Taking home pregnancy test is best way to address your worries. Test is especially accurate once you've missed your period (so you may need to take twice, once now &amp; again if late). If you only engage in anal sex then it's unlikely that you could become pregnant. But if you engage in unprotected vaginal sex even just once, then yes, you could be(come) pregnant.

got my tubes clamped four years ago but now my stomach is hard n missed my period for six weeks but pregnency tests come backnegative?

See a GYN MD: Although pregnancies outside of the uterus (ectopic),  are more common in patient's who have had tubal infections, and tubal ligations when they fail. Have a GYN MD run a blood pregnancy test and do a pelvic exam/ultrasound.
