Blackhead: It's probably a blackhead (comedo) that had skin grow over it. Not a big deal. Sometimes blackheads get really big and dramatic. Exfoliate to keep this from happening.

Corn: Wear wider shoes
Unfortunately, the corn/ callus is a skins response to pressure. It will never go away until the pressure is removed.

Isotretinoin: As it begins to work, nature of your acne may change.  Have patience and try very hard not to pop comedones/pimples.

I like eucerin cream: as my number one choice. Stay away from lotions,they tend to be more drying than creams

see your doctor: Your doctor needs to view it and give you instructions on what to do with it.  It may be a foreign body that needs to be removed.
