This may be normal.: I disagree with dr zawawi.  For many women and some men, orgasm is far easier to achieve during self-stimulation or masturbation.  Orgasm with a partner requires that  both partners be "in tune" with the other, stay relaxed, and communicate.  Therapy is only required if this problem is  bothersome to you and doesn't improve after conversation and work with your partner.  Try that first!

Could have blocked ejaculatory ducts or some other kind of anatomical problem  or retrograde ejaculation ejacif you never experience orgasm/happy ending. Sometimes scarring can develop in the urethra that leads to ejaculating into the bladder than out of the end of the penis.  This is known as retro-grade ejaculation.

Vigorous rubbing of the penis may have irritated the penis and tip of the urethra causing slight dysuria. Itching could be due to a yeast infection but some redness is usually present. I recommend visiting your MD or a.clinic for evaluation &amp;advice re testing and treatment.
