Either a shoulder or: Neck problem or possibly both.  If it is not improving over time or with local treatments like icing to shoulder and otc medication (tylenol, Naproxen or ibuprophen  if not contraindicated due to other medications or medical issues) you should see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment plan.

i am suffering for nearly 10 mths now with itching all over except feet and hands doctors still can't tell me what it is can you help.

See allergist/derm: It is time for you to consult an allergist or dermatologist to find out the cause.  Even if the cause is not found, there are many effective treatments for itching.  Antihistamines usually don't work well unless it makes you sleepy.

i have a septic burn on my left hand, doctor has given me a tetanus jab, the burn is bubbling. is this normal?

Bubbling/blistering: is a typical sign of a second degree burn.  The burn causes separation of two layers of skin which allows (causes) fluid to fill in between these two layers.  Do your best to protect the burn and the bubble from further injury and contamination.  As long as the bubble stays intact, it will help prevent infection.  Dr. Anne

if a podiatrist is a foot doctor, what is the medical term for a hand doctor?  is there a special name?

Hand Surgeon: Podiatrists are not medical doctors.  They have gone to podiatric medicine school.  They are podiatrists.  Medical doctors are orthopedist with specialty fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery, knee surgery, hand and elbow surgery, shoulder surgery, hip surgery, back and neck surgey and other combos.  They are simply hand surgeons to answer you.

Hand Surgeon: They are orthopedist (medical doctors specializing in bone and joint disease) who have a specialty fellowship in surgery of the hand and often the elbow too.  They usually do some general orthopedics as well unless in a very large group where there are sub=sepcialty clinics of different  surgeons.

recurring petechiae spots on back of hands (doctor confirmed). blood test a week ago showed normal platelets, normal ppt/inr. alarming?

Possible vasculitis: Petechiae may be blanching or non blanching. ie goes away when you press on it and then returns when you let go vs. not going away. Low platelets are a cause but not the only cause.  Vasculitis or inflammation of the blood vessels may also do this.  Normal platelets does not rule out this possibility.  Its not normal to have petechial rash and needs workup with an internal medicine doctor

i have  pain in left hands knee doctors told tennis elbo. i have no relief by their medicines. suggest me the appropreate medicine?

Not enough info.: It is impossible to recommend specific therapies unless one is able to examine the area. Tennis elbow responds to exercises and to injections if they are necessary. You can try aleve (naproxen) or advil but meds have limited value for this issue.

i have a pain along mn left hand....one doctor said my hand nerve was pulled....what can i do...plz help me...is physiyotherapy can cure this...?

Depends: it depends on the characteristics of the pain.  shooting and /or burning  with or without numbness is characteristic of nerve pain, and signifies irritation of a nerve, which could be due to a pinched nerve in neck, arm or "nere disease" (neuritis or neuropathy).  It would be best to hear more about the pain your having, i.e. type, whether at rest or activity, weakness....
