Could be : Dermoid cysts . Best to have an exam and may need  imaging to determine if these usually congenital lesions are eroding bone or likely to cause complications .

Sounds like a bru --: Ised elbow, as the xrays were negative. Protect the elbow, for a 10-14 days and if its only a bruised, it'll get better. If not improving or getting worse, get a another xray as in some cases initial xray may not show a fx, which was present. So protecting it for 2 weeks and re-xraying it would be the way to go.

how serious is a hairline fracture to collar bone?

Not too serious: Usually the only treatment is an figure of 8 shoulder bandage to support the collar bone. Avoid excessive activity of the shoulder while the bone heals. A bone lump may result as the bone heals.

hi i have a lump above my hairline to the left of the bone  its painfull iff you push on it its about the size of a marble should i be worried?

See a dermatologist: Probably a benign trichilemmal  cyst. Easily  removed if it bothers you.

when i press on the back of my neck just below hairline i feel a bony structure slightly towards the left side (maybe its the vertebrae). i cannot feel it on the other side, is this normal? i cannot tell if its a hard lump or a bone?

Lump: It may be a hard cystic mass. Let a doctor see it to give you a definitive diagnosis

Unlikley unless: You injure the fracture. I.E. The chemical and physical response in the body will not interfere with this. As with any physical activity the important thing is to have caution if there is pain or discmfort during or right after that activity.
