problem with my hairs my hair is less in front like above forehead. i don't have much hair what should i do to grow them help seriously?

Alopecia: Hair loss or alopecia is trickier to treat in women than in men. First, go see your doctor. Seriously! make sure you're otherwise healthy eg normal thyroid, normal testosterone, etc. Also, take a good look at your mom, sisters, maternal female relatives etc to get some idea of their genetic hairline. Before you see a dermatologist or hair transplant specialist, read up on Finasteride & dutasteride.

Sounds realistic: People have such downy hair in places they may find cosmetically a problem. You can cut/shave if you wish or have it removed by electrolysis (cosmetician).

Thyroid, hormonal?: Either one of these could be due to abnormalities in your thyroid levels or other hormone levels. Please see your primary care doc to check these things first. You need to figure out the source of the problem before you can properly solve it.

There are no side effects but, unfortunately, its not covered by insurance and isn't cheap. No: Your hair follicles don't care how short you cut your hair :)  as long as you don't shave your hair so close that the tips of the remaining hair shafts curl into the skin surface, causing razor bumps, you won't notice any changes in how your hair grows back.
