in the last 3 months i have been having a series of really odd problems. things like stomach pains, nausea and bouts of uncontrollable shakiness. ?

GI check up: Bouts of abdominal pain and nausea for 3 months should be checked by your pcp or a gastroenterologist. Bouts of uncontrollable shakiness can be the forerunner of a fever and infection or be due to anxiety.

i need help.  i have constant emptying of stomach and shakiness.  nothing feels settled in my stomach.  no vomiting but i feel very malnourished?

Needs evaluation: Your symptoms could be all kinds of things, from irritable bowel syndrome to reflux to diabetes and more. Best thing to do is to go to your regular doctor and discuss all this with them. They can do a thorough check and at least rule out the bad stuff. Could be that even some simple treatments might could get you some relief...but it needs to be looked at more closely. Good luck.

near total loss of appetite, lack of stomach acid, fatigue, shakiness, chronic coughing, and lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks....could this be serious?

Possibly Serious: These symptoms are concerning. You should follow up with a primary care physician ASAP to make sure you are not fighting an infection or that there is anything else serious going on.

my stomach or esophagus seems to be trembling/quivering what is it?

It could be just: Anxiety or psychological. Quivering of stomach or esophagus is usually not felt. Problems with these organs usually present with nausea, heartburn and acid reflux or chest burning and not quivering. See a GI if your symptoms worsen. Take care!

my stomach feels funny like it's trembling i'm on my cycle now started on 29. not sure if it's connected?

Might be.: 'Trembling' would make me think GI related and not uterus/ovary but still could be a gyn issue. Does not point to anything obviously sinister if not having pain/fever and cycles are regular and not at risk for pregnancy. If recurs with future cycles then more likely uterine/ gyn related. If progressive and becomes painful then would touch base with your provider.

i stopped my citalopram & propranolol cold turkey just over 2weeks ago ive been feeling great then past 3days had bad trembling & knot in stomach?

Possibly related: It takes a while for the medication levels in your body to drop which means that symptoms due to discontinuation may not be immediate.

Anxiety: Arising from the stomach pain may cause trembling. Burning pre and post pranidal  may suggest peptic ulcer that requires evaluation and treatment

Yes : GAD can cause the symptoms. Doctor visit with psychiatrist or psychologist for diagnosis and treatment

Not serious: If a physician has told you that you're fine physically and that your experience is caused by anxiety, then it's not serious.  While anxiety can feel serious, especially when one is having a panic attack or is very worried, the anxiety itself is not serious or life threatening.  But, anxiety can be disruptive to your life and uncomfortable.  So, it is best to get treatment for an anxiety disorder.

what if i have flu? & how to tell flu vs other viral inf.? i've felt bad 2 days: nausea/stomach ache, soft poop, chills/trembling, tired. how bad ?

Influenza : Usually, if you have the flu you know it!  symptoms usually include fever to 102- usually of a very rapid onset- where a person could remember the exact moment he felt ill.  Other symptoms include muscle aches, headache, chills, cough. While other viruses could mimic these symptoms they are usually not as severe or of such rapid onset.
