Hmmm: If you mean by swollen , unbalanced you could have a hernia. If  you mean just uncomfortable, many causes can cause your abdominal discomfort. If you are having urinary difficulties you could have an infection. Abdominal pain is very broad and would be better addressed in person by your doctor at the office. Good luck.

: More tan likely, you "stomach problems" have nothing to do with your recent pregnancy or birth.  I have never heard of "chocolitis," but cholecystitis is gall bladder disease and nerves further evaluation by the gastroenterologist.
