Most likely: It is estimated that approximately 15% of children with eczema will continue to have it into adulthood.  Majority grow out of it by 10 or 11 years old, or have very mild intermittent flares.

See a dermatologist if your eczema is difficult to manage.

If one gets it after three they might outgrow it with puberty. If onset is after puberty...Usually you have it for life. That really isn't: common to lose the hair. You must be scratching terribly.. I would get on better topical medications for you skin condition and eyebrows should grow back. Make sure there is no thyroid problem, and make sure you have seen a board certified dermatologist
