Hair growth male : Every one has hair follicles by their areola, male or female. Some people have more excessive growth than others. It is normal. If it bothers you, look into getting it waxed or lasered.

Simple mole or more: Most skin lesions are benign (not cancer) and may just represent an ordinary mole. However, melanoma (a type of skin cancer) can present the same way. I would strongly recommend seeing a dermatologist so she/he can examine this area more closely and give you appropriate care.

Yes: The mole is looking bigger as the skin under it is expanding. If the mole develops a nodule, ulcerates or bleeds, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
