Sciatica: Somethimes a pinched nerve or sciatca can cause pain or numbness on the left hip, back, leg area. I would see a doctor as soon as possible for an exam. Good luck

Numbness: This can be due to a radiculopathy or a neuropathy. Each of these have several causes and need further investigation. Groin and buttock areas are inervated by lumbar nerve roots making up the lumbo sacral plexus which can be affected by masses, infections and neuropathies.

Male exam: certainly get examined and checked for infection and hernia. You will need a full examination to rule out a penis, urinary or testicle infection and evaluation for lymph node swelling. If unprotected sexually get an STD screen.

: Such localized&amp;transient numbness could be caused by minor superficial neuropathy or some impingement of the femoral nerve. In the absence of more symptoms, I'm not sure if it's worth consulting a neurologist at this time for what appears to be only a trivial symptom.

Neurologic: Numbness and aches implies a neurologic cause.  Since the symptoms are not persistent, they are more likely to be benign.  If the symptoms worsen or do not resolve, see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

PInched Nerve: The sciatic nerve is not the cause of the pain source, it is the result of an irritated nerve typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist.  Erectile dysfunction suggests a significantly pinched nerve(s)  i would investigate obtaining an MRI and see specialist soon.
