Green toe: Not something I have heard about but I suggest you set up an appointment to see a foot doctor. Your primary doctor should refer you.

Possibly fungal: Infections. Athletes foot usually presents early with cracking and even dryness. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist as this could have originally been athletes foot that now has a secondary infection.

Is that Teal......: If the color change is due to some physiological function such as diabetes, vascular disease or some infective process, well, things could be better. If a traumatic event took place, then  it would be expected. If it's due to an environmental issue such as stain or dye from the shoes or socks, then you can relax. To remove all doubt, have your doctor or a Healthtap specialist examine it.

Excessive moisture: You may have excessive perspiration.  Powders or anti perspirants may be helpful.  If your problem persists consultant a podiatrist.

Possible: Broken. Nail will probably be lost to a new nail see your doctor to be sure

Sores: You may have infected warts .See a podiatrist or dermatologist for treatment.

Fungus: More than likely you have a toenail fungal infection and will need anti-fungal treatment. There are many otc remedies eg Lamisil (terbinafine) however they are poorly absorbed by the nail and generally ineffective. I would recommend consulting your physician for confirmation of diagnosis and for potential oral treatment (oral terbinafin) has the greatest efficacy. Keep you feet clean and dry until such time.

Possible contusion : It could be a contusion or bruise to the toe caused by crawling.   However, if it is not a contusion seek medical care

i, as a sous chef, work 12 hours a day. recently my big toe turns blue/green at the end but by the next day it's back to normal. i'm growing concerned?

Blue green toe: the fact the toe changes color and returns to normal suggests maybe your shoes are too small and maybe bruising. If there is no pain, wouldn't worry too much. Best bet would be to have a foot exam by your local Podiatrist.
