More than cold: What you described is more than a cold. Is is possible that you a mild form of pneumonia and it would be prudent to see your doctor. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining you.

sore throat for 2 months. white spots on throat that are very tiny now. its not strep. green phlegm with some blood in it. some sinus pressure and a bit of an earache at one point. sore throat appeared an hour after kissing someone. what is this?

Doctor can recheck: Sore throat can be from bacterial infection, a cold or other viral infection, allergies or irritants, sinusitis, stomach acid reflux, yeast overgrowth, ear problems, low saliva, throat habits, etc... One usually sees her doctor if the throat issue is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't resolve. One should always tell her doctor about any kissing or oral sex activities, as that may alter treatment.

i am experiencing  cough (quality: blood in phlegm, with phelgm or mucus)  and arm pain. the following also describes me: chest congestion. green and yellow phlegm with blood..  was prescribed zpak. but afraid to take. is there a substitute?

Take as prescribed: This sounds like a potentially serious infection, maybe even pneumonia. "Afraid to take" azithromycin (Zpak) is not rational; it is a very safe antibiotic with few side effects. Not treating your infection is MUCH riskier than any potential problem from the antibiotic. Take it as prescribed; if you remain concerned, discuss with the doctor who prescribed it.

Sounds like : Your allergies are acting up causing postnatal drainage and bad itching . Hence clearing of your throat and irritating your mucosa then occasional blood streaks . Get some OTC allergy  meds and nasal spray like nasacort (triamcinolone) AQ or fluticasone . Use as directed.

Hard to know: You may have ruptured a small blood vessel coughing or because of the inflammation due to the infection.  You may also have developed a secondary bacterial infection, or the initial diagnosis may have been incorrect.  But the answer is that without examining this material and you, it is impossible to tell for certain what this may be.  If it keeps up, please go see your doctor.

over the few weeks been coughing up more phlegm white sticky like glue more frequently since having flu, also get blood stain when i blow my nose not always green can be clear i am asthmatic as well?

Mgt and workup: After the flu infection, there can be prolonged inflammation and casts in the airway. Your nose also may be inflamed. I would suggest keeping airway and nasal passages moist with saline and humidification. If you have any fever,pain, chills or night sweats, please see the ED or urgent care.

Cxr: I think at this point at least a chest x ray to begin with is reasonable since you have been having these symptoms for quite some time and with ongoing sob. Talk to your provider.

i was exposed to someone with covid about 8-10 days ago, i tested negative on wednesday but since then i've developed a fever and tight chest with yellow/green phlegm slightly speckled by blood. my blood oxygen is between 94-97% and my temp is 38.

Acute bronchitis : This sounds like it could be like your bronchitis or even pneumonia. Even though you tested negative for corona for an exposure 8 to 10 days ago it is still possible that someone else might have infected you. I would repeat your corona testing in another  five days and would seek medical attention for the lower respiratory tract infection and you probably have.
