Get checked out: human bites are very likely to get infected, if there is any skin breaks from the bit  you need to get  it checked out immediately.  From your description it is likely infected.

i've had bruises in the same place five or six times already.the bruise appears on the arm, on the lower side of the arm near the hand.when i run my finger over it,it feels like something is inside and it doesnt hurt until i touch it.it's green,yell?

: Green is one of the colors in the healing of a bruise. Keep a diary to see if you can figure out what proceeds the bruise. Using elbows instead of shaking hands.;-)

Bruise: Bruises on extremities can happen for various reasons. Usually you did bump the extremity and simply did not appreciate the bruise at the time. Are you on aspirin or other medications that effect your platelets or thin your blood? If so that can make you more likely to bruise All in a all a single bruise is usually benign. I would not worry. However if recurrent or especially on trunk get seen.
