Other symptoms of a bladder infection, or urinary tract infection are pain with urination, blood in the urine or cloudy urine, lower abdominal pain before urination.  Sometimes drinking too much fluid during the day can do it.  Diseases like diabetes can also cause this.  See your doc if it continues

There are mostly infection concerns and would suggest against it

Toilet seat: It is quite difficult to acquire an infection, and even more difficult to acquire a pregnancy from a toilet set contaminate with semen.  Recall that a sperm cell needs to come in contact with a viable female egg cell.  Possible, but very unlikely.
