Can be: Sometimes you may pass old blood which may have a brownish color to it, while new/fresh blood will be bright red.  These are both normal as long as not associated with any other symptoms

Not usually: Gray matter in the menstrual cycles is potentially tissue from the inside of the uterus that has naturally sloughed off.  If it persists and depending on your age, try to save a sample and take to your doctor for pathology testing.

Hidradenitis: Hidradenitis suppurativa (hi-drad-uh-ni-tis sup-u-ra-ti-va) is a chronic skin inflammation marked by the presence of blackheads and one or more red, tender bumps (lesions). The lesions often enlarge, break open and drain pus. Scarring may result after several recurrences.

had a bowl movement, wiped and it was kinda darkish or gray streak of blood or something. looked at stool and could see it half solid and the rest looked like specks or undigested food. had squid the day before. no pain or anything?

Stools:  Sometimes we do pass some undigested food. Blood usually doesn't look gray. If you have a new stooling pattern or you see maroon, red or black blood or your stools are black, make sure to let your doctor know.

: It is the inner wall of the uterus along with blood and it is not something to be concerned about. It is necrotic tissue and it is not uncommon if you understand the physiology of menstrual flow.

Gray: Yes your skin can take on a gray or ashen color if oxygenated blood does not reach the body.

my stools are somtimes covered with a white/gray colored muscus with the present  of small specs of blood.  what could this be?

Stools: See your physician this requires further evaluation. Proctitis colitis and yes cancers can be the cause for these changes.
