Yes.: Grape seed extract or "reveratrol" is an antioxidant, which helps to quench free radicals that accelerate aging and are associated with 100's of different diseases. Your body also produces some antioxidants. At least one product, protandim, aids this production thru adaptogens. Fyi, grape seed may also be used an aromatase inhibitor to prevent breakdown of testosterone or Progesterone to estrogen.

Minimally: Principal causes of skin aging are exposure to sun (ultraviolet radiation), cigarette smoke/smoking and age-related changes in soft tissue, including loss of tissue volume and elasticity.  Many other factors contribute to this including hormonal decline, toxicities, state of hydration and nutritional deficiencies.  Antioxidants taken internally and applied to the surface skin and absorbed help.

May be a cyst: IF it has been there for a while without pain or growth then it may be an epidermal cyst. You should have it looked at and it may be amenable to resection.

Lump: Several things this can be.  Some cysts present like this.  Lipoma lesions are usually not firm.  It should be evaluated and treated.

Your doc can confirm this.
