i had a bug bite and thought it was a mosquito bite. i put on some rubbing alcohol and tea tree oil on it and in the morning it was purple. am i ok??

See your MD: Hard to say for sure, but you may have bruised the area by scratching or rubbing.  Have your doctor see you if not resolved one day.  As long as you do not have any breathing problem or allergic findings, thee should be no problem.

can you self treat for scabies w/tea tree oil, 91% alcohol & home remedies to the point that it doesn't look typical and docs can't tell what it is?

It hasnt been tested: Because "No “over-the-counter” (non-prescription) products have been tested and approved to treat scabies."

No: Tea tree oil if sometimes used to treat a specific form of blepharitis caused by demodex.  The treament focuses on the eyelids but if some gets in the eye, although it might be irritating, it is unlikely to lead to permanent vision loss.

i was using tea tree oil and i washed my hands properly. i wiped the corners of my eyes and picked my nose a few minutes later and not sure if i have minute traces of it under my nails. will i be ok?

Might burn: Tea tree oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties but likely won't be helpful in promoting hair growth otherwise. Un diluted tea tree oil may burn your skin and should always be diluted with another oil, such as grapeseed, prior to application to the skin.

Tea tree oil: Tea tree oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties  but undiluted tea tree oil may burn your skin.  Tea tree oil should always be diluted with another oil (such as grapeseed) prior to application and should never be taken internally.  If worsening of the appearance of the skin occurs with use, it should be discontinued!

Abscess v lymph node: Best to get it evaluated now by doctor.  May be an abscess that need to be i;d'd, or may be a lymph node?  Get examined and treated, best wishes.

Neither: Nits are the eggs of head lice, so you are right to seek a treatment that kills both.  Vinegar and oil tend to fail.  Pesticides can be toxic.  We recommend harmless interventions, like forming a silicon shell on the head with applications such as licemd.

No: Leave the marks alone. By doing what you proposed, you risk making matters worse. Time will address the issue, in the mean time use make up judiciously.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

used aloe vera gel mixed with tea tree oil on my entire face. and apply benzoyl peroxide cream just on my acne? will it worsen my acne if i do that?

Acne: Some people's skin is very sensitive to Aloe Vera as well as to Tea Tree Oil. Benzoyl peroxide can be quite irritating to acne. There is potential for problems with this concoction of ingredients.
