Sunscreen moisturize: The most important thing you can do to keep your skin healthy is to wear sunscreen during the day and moisturizer at night.  It does not matter if you are a young male; good skin care is important at any age. Dullness will be improved with moisturizer.  Dark spots will be reduced with sunscreen. Find an inexpensive product which is made for the face, and use them every day.

Gardnarella: You have bacterial vaginosis caused by gardnarella. This is not secually transmitted. Treatment is metronidazole.

Yes: As noted in previous answer, you can od on fat soluble vitamins and studies of mega doses of water soluble vits actually speed up grow of cancers (they grow faster so need more nutrients) and your kidneys get better at excreting to that if you reduce you might actually get vitamin deficient.

: If your pelvic exam was normal then there is nothing seriously wrong. Does it stop when you wear a pad during menses? Ask us again after that observation.

Haven't seen numbers: Haven't seen any numbers on life expectancy of lennox-gastaut patients. Maybe nobody has collected and published that information. One website reported a 3%-7% mortality in patients over a 9 year period (that sounds like 1/2 % per year). The deaths were often due to accidents. In such disorders, if a person is watched and cared for closely, he can outlive parents, and die of other natural causes.
