my baby had pus that covered her eyes and the general practitioner said it's neisseria gonorrhea that she might've contracted from me during the c-section but i was never diagnosed with gonorrhea or tested for it. should i get myself tested?

Test and treat: Gonorrhea of the eyes (ophthalmia neonatorum, gonococcal conjunctivitis) is unusual after C-section, mainly from vaginal delivery. Make sure baby tested positive for gonorrhea; other eye infections can appear identical. If gonorrhea confirmed or uncertain, for sure you need to be tested and treated for gonorrhea, even if your own test is negative. Your sex partner(s) also need treatment.

WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COULD BE PERI[PERIPHERAL OR CENTRAL, THAT IS BE AT THE LEVEL OF THE EYES, OR BE IN THE BRAIN.  start WITH A OPHTHALMOLOGIST EXAM AND FROM THAT OTHER COURSES OF ACTION CAN BE DETERMINED.  yOUR PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR MAY BE THE BEST SOURCE OF REFERRAL.

See below: You may be a little light sensitive. Try to open those eyelids wide when you get your picture taken. You may have droopy eyelids and may want to consult an eye doctor.

Possibly reflections: When a photo is taken of your eyes the light reflected or bent back to the camera is a function of the light in the room, the way the camera is angled, and other factors that influence the recorded color of your eyes in the picture.  What you see in the mirror is a direct reflection of your eye color as you see it, so that is more likely to be the perceived color.

can someone detect a tumor when looking at pictures of eyes?

Possibly: I assume you're talking about the appearance of the pupil (e.g., camera red eye).  The difference may just be the angle of the eyes in relation to the camera, but it could also indicate a problem. If vision is normal in both eyes, a problem is unlikely. A complete ophthalmic exam would be able to confirm.
