Food allergy: If you ate the squash and had an immediate reaction (minutes to 2hrs) that included hives, swelling, shortness of breath, wheeze, throat tightness, vomiting or passing out then I would be concerned for a food allergy reaction. Would make an appointment with an allergist to determine what could be the culprit foods. Bring list of ingredients eaten that meal to appointment. Avoid foods until seen.

: What do you mean by skin sensitivity? If you have rashes with itching and goat's products are new to you, they could be the culprit so you should stop eating them. If sensitivity just means itching or other feeling without rashes, allergic reaction is less likely although you have exposed to new foods then you just watch and see.

No: No, introduction of non-breast milk or formula should only occur after 12 months of age. even with that, goats milk is not recommended because of the risk for vitamin deficiencies with this type of milk. Please discuss this with your child's doctor prior to starting them on something other than breast milk or formula.

It depends: People with cardiovascular conditions should probably not take it due to cardiac arrhythmias that have appeared in some people.  Also if you have a hormone-sensitive condition, immune system problem, thyroid problem, or bipolar disorder you should not take it without your doctor's agreement.  Aside from those situations, it's been used safely at ~5g/day for 6 months.
