The : The short answer would be to visit an endocrinologist. There has been some success with  low dose testosterone therapy in women with low sex drives. 
Don't forget conditions such as depression, stress, and fatigue can contribute to this problem and need to be addressed if present.
The person in question should also schedule a complete history and physical to help determine if there are other issues causing or contributing to this problem.

Caring (not pointless) but not being excited, might be low libido (physical). I don't mean to hold you to your words, but they are all I have to work with. The pain part might be addressed by an obgyn (or sex therapist). The boredom by a sex therapist. The pointless by a psychotherapist. If you are asexual i'd think you just might not care.

: Plese talk to your doc to be sure but it sounds like you are producing normal pre-ejaculatory fluid that health males produce when aroused.  If your ejaculations are sooner than you and your spouse would like you can seek the help of a qualified sex therapist but again, that may simply be due to high levels of arousal.
