i keep getting the sensation that i want to burp but sometimes the burp goes nowhere, sometimes it stops in my chest. i can still let out a burp normally sometimes. is there something wrong with me?

See doc: After a week of nexium, (esomeprazole) if you are no better, you need to see a doctor to see what is wrong.  It could be something serious or something not so serious, but only a good history, physical and workup can tell which.  For now, avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, spicy, greasy food, lying flat, sorbitol and splenda. Don't eat for a couple of hours before bedtime either. Stop any supplements, too.

Abnormal urine: It is important to have urine analysis and urine culture to role out cystitis. if you pain severe with blood in the urine you may x-ray imaging to be sure also you do not have ureteral  stone

GERD a Possibility: GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease) could be causing your symptoms.  This is when acid in the stomach goes up into the esophagus and causes pain.  It's also possible you have a hiatal hernia, which can cause similar symptoms.  I recommend you see your family doctor when possible.
