Dermatitis: While infection with yeast is the most common culprit, if this has been ruled out you may have genital psoriasis.  Keep the area clean, dry, minimize trauma, and try a low-dose topical steroid.  Your treating doctor may need to consider a biopsy if the site does not clear.

Balanitis, phimosis: This is due to a tiny amount of URINE trapped under the foreskin. Yeasts and smegma bacteria ferment the urine into irritating products. Circumcision is a quick and easy cure. Castellani  solution is very effective. Always hold back the foreskin during urination and hold back for a minute after. After urinating rinse off or blot with a tissue.

: I doubt that this is a bacterial infection for which fucidin ointment is used.  If you've recently indulged in risky unprotected sexual intercourse with an unknown partner herpes is a possibility. Other possibilities include a yeast infection which can be transmitted to &amp; from sexual partners or an irritation from condom,vaginal cream or simply trauma. Fucidin could be tried but get examined also

: HIV does not cause it There are many other conditions which can do it eg infection allergy etc. Pl see a dermatologist or Urologist

: Herpes IgM + means you had a first time reaction after an initial Herpes infection, so would now be on the lookout now for skin rashes - reactivation outbreak infections in the future
