Yes: Too much caffeine can clearly cause headaches in some individuals.  More common perhaps is a caffeine abstinence headache.   Teas have less caffeine than coffee but still it is there so I am confident it is likely the caffeine and not other components of the tea that likely is the culprit.

Caffeine: When you do not drink tea you are withdrawing from caffeine and that can trigger headaches in some individuals.

THC migraines: Simply put the answer is maybe! The effects of smoking "weed" etc... are all individual. So one cannot really tell - unless you try and see.

Caffeine: Regular coffee has a lot more caffeine in it than decaf coffee, tea, or soda- so I would wonder if you are very sensitive to caffeine and it causes you to have headaches at the higher concentrations. If you know it affects you that way I would advise you just avoid the higher caffeine concentrations altogether.
