Diet and exercise remain the #1 way to lose weight and keep it off

Colon cleansing: Is not necessary. It is a scam and can actually create problems. Eating a high fiber diet and drinking 80-100 oz caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily is all you need and a whole lot cheaper and safer. Do not waste your money on colon cleansing or risk your health  for that matter.
