The treatment would be to relieve your "sexual Tension" through masturbation or sexual intercourse leading to climax.

Determine cause: Black stools could be due to iron supplements, bismuth antidiarrheal agent (e.g. Pepto bismol), or bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract or sometimes right side of the colon. Bleeding can cause black, sticky, smelly bowel movements.  If not taking iron or busmuth, or it continues after stopping, it really is necessary to get seen and be sure there is not a serious but treatable cause..

Sometimes the inflammation may resolve on its own, require low dose topical corticosteroids, or possible second treatment to feather out the grid marks.  It depends on the device that was being used.

Lightening creams: Unfortunately there is not really any cream that will get rid of stretch marks. There are several effective skin lighteners including Meladerm, Discoloration Reversal Moisturizer and Nu Derm Brightening cream.

6-12 months: It can take 6-12 months for the skin to totally recover from changes caused by accutane.

Not while active: While some laser treatments more specifically ipl or pdt)  are directed at treating acne  disease laser is generally not recommended for resurfacing with active lesions. Post op care typically requires occlusive dressings which can make the lesions worse.

Plastic Surgery: Several topical options exist and are most effective when they are red (striae rubra). Olive oil, cocoa butter, and several prescription topical treatments exist, including Tretinoin. Improve: Stretch marks are permanent changes to the skin from rapid expansion either due to rapid growth or weight gain. We don't have anything to get rid of them but the initial redness will usually fade over time. For chronic stretch marks some improvement has been seen with needling and fractionated laser resurfacing. Best Wishes!
