Genital warts...: ...usually remain small. People tend to post the most dramatic pictures. It isn't known why some become especially large or numerous, but most warts remain small and few in number. If you think you might have genital warts, see a doctor. And for sure get vaccinated, which will protect you against the virus types that cause most warts and cancer.

: warts grow out of the outermost layer of the tissue (epithelium) which does not have hair follicles which are in the deeper layer. But in a hair baring area can give an appearance of hair groing out of it. No this forum does not accept pictures.

Ouch: The treatment most effective is cautery after local anesthesia.  Usually a one time procedure but there are always exception.  No relation to fertility.  Kid will not have your warts.

Genital warts: Warts can be red, brown or fleshtoned bumps or warts in males.  In females, the same but may occur internally and any exposed female needs to be checked by her doctor.

Genital warts: There is no single effective cure for removal of genital warts. A number of treatment options exist; however, no treatment is 100% effective in eliminating warts and preventing them from coming back in all patients. It also is not possible to eliminate infection with human papillomavirus once it has occurred. Genital warts may go away on their own in about 10%-20% of people over 3-5 months.

Depends: If you are woman, not a good idea to take a wait and see approach  as they are linked to abnormal cell changes and even cancer of the cervix down the road. 
If you are a man and not sexually active (so to not transmit them) its less urgent o seek care, however treating them early is cheaper and easier. Why not get them fixed now?

: In medicine we are taught to never say never but the cited contact is unlikely to pas genital warts. Resurgence of the warts after removal is rare and the common method of transfer is with exposed warts in place.

No: Having genital warts does not mean that one has HIV. Get tested for HIV to know.

Yes: It amy be more difficult to eradicate warts in women although prescription cream is more effective in women for external warts.
