Abscess?: I am afraid a picture of your wound will not help you. If the wound is not healing, you need to see a physician to diagnose its cause and formulate a treatment plan to heal it. A non-healing wound can be due to a serious problem. Get help at an ER or physician's office as soon as possible. Good luck.

cyst vs abscess: This does not show if you are male or female. If you are a female- cysts can show up from time to time - such as a Bartholin's Cyst. However, if there is an abscess or an infected cyst- then treatment may well be indicated.  Is the area red, hot, swollen, tender?

months ago, i had a painful abscess upper right pubic area. my right lymh node welled up and was painful too, had a fever and chill. was this a herpes infection? do genital herpes affect the upper pubic area? or is it a different infection?

Unlikely herpes: It is very unlikely that was a herpes infection.  That infection does not usually abscess and/or cause chills and fever. It was most likely a staphylococcus infection. Drainage is the main treatment, often combined with antibiotics.

last year i had something that resembled like hsv-2 in my genital area. got a abscess tooth pulled and was given ammoxacillin, all the sores and itchy patches went away almost with in a day, is this h?

Antibiotic for HSV-2: Antibiotics do not impact on viral infections.  This is why we do not recommend antibiotics for colds and the flu.
May just have been a coincidence or it may have been a bacterial problem.

Different things: Herpes is a virus doesn't cause abscess. You poss have a bacterial infection poss  incision and drainage and antibiotics. See ob-gyn, meantime warm compresses.

Genital warts...: ...usually remain small. People tend to post the most dramatic pictures. It isn't known why some become especially large or numerous, but most warts remain small and few in number. If you think you might have genital warts, see a doctor. And for sure get vaccinated, which will protect you against the virus types that cause most warts and cancer.

Normal: The inside of the vagina normally has white bumps. Don't squire or pick them. It is just normal skin!'.

Get tested: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You should see your doctor and get tested. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

are you able to diagnose genital warts by using a picture?

also what are the treatment and are they lengthy and does it effect fertility?

Ouch: The treatment most effective is cautery after local anesthesia.  Usually a one time procedure but there are always exception.  No relation to fertility.  Kid will not have your warts.

I suggest a consult: with a physician in your state online or at an urgent care center: if you have had unprotected intercourse you must be checked for STD.
