Almost conclusive: There have been few if any HIV infections proved to be acquired by receiving oral sex (i.e. form mouth to penis), so you were at little or no risk for HIV, even if your partner had it. The AgAb HIV blood tests ("4th generation", "duo", "combo") are nearly conclusive at 4 weeks but not truly 100% until 6 weeks.

HIV DNA by PCR: When hospital workers are stuck with needles contaminated by HIV positive patients, they get a blood test called HIV dna by pcr which can tell if you have been infected within the last week. Hiv: Transmission under those circumstances are low but you should be more careful!  Protect yourself from this deadly, incurable disease. Get tested again in a month at an HIV clinic where they provide the viral testing instead of the antibody (traditional) testing

Accurate if +ve: If it is positive, it is accurate, but a negative result at 4 weeks after exposure would not rule out HIV infection. To be sure, you should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

However, if risk was especially high -- like unprotected vaginal or anal sex with a known HIV infected partner -- it would be best to have one more test 6 weeks or more after exposure.
