doctor told me a hernia from a cough check. i have lower right abdominal pressure, testicle pain, gas pain but no bulge. is this possible ??

Yes: "Bulge" only apparent with larger hernias or with straining (=cough test).

gas pain started a month ago. very acute/ intense. now improved but still excess. stinging in lower pelvis/ one ovary now several weeks. no bloat/normal bowel/normal urination. period normal (maybe a bit light). can ovarian cancer present this way?

: Extremely unlikely till very late in the condition. I highly  doubt if it is that. Pl get checked

Testicular pain: I guess anything is possible but i can't think of any anatomical or physiological reason that it would.

See a surgeon: The best advice is to see a surgeon. Tell him/her your symptoms and get examined. You may be describing a hernia recurrence, or you may have a new, different problem.

No: No gas will not cause pain in the testis. It will be a good idea that you get it checked by your family doctor or a urologist. As you are only 16 years old.You will need a detailed history,physical exam and if indicated imaging of testis like Ultrasound

there is a dull pain in my lower abdomen and in my left testicles which gradually decreases when i try to let out the gas formed in the body.

Abd /testicular pain: May be diverticulitis with possible epididimytis as enteric organisms can cause diverticultis. Would seek medical attention today as you may need antibiotics. When there is lots of gas  there is increased pressure  so increased pain

for the last week or so ive been having intermittent sharp pain in the upper right quadrant and upper left quadrant. i am also having mild dull pain in mid right back and right testicle with mild constipation and frequent belching, could it be gas?

: Based on what you've described, while the discomfort in your abdomen could be gas, it could also be other conditions that would warrant having you seen in person for evaluation.  If you are still in pain, it would be best to be evaluated soon.

No gas: You don't get gas in your scrotum.  I can't tell you why you're having scrotal pain, but it isn't gas.

my testicles were descended low but they are more ascended now after a period of psychiatric medications. feel kicked in balls feeling.stomach gas?

What does...: ...."more ascended" mean?  If you can still find them in the scrotum, they are still descended.  If you are having pain, though, you should see a doctor. You could have something called torsion of the appendix testes that can be very painful, or an infection, or inflammation, or a hernia, or several other problems.  Get checked out.

cramp in left testicle and perineum, before passing gas or stool. pain comes and goes, masturbation relieves pain for days. (rarely masturbates)?
