Food poisoning: seems likely if there is any diarrhea or vomiting.  Was the chicken refrigerated and then cooked through?  
Another possibility might be gall bladder if the chicken or other food was extremely greasy.  If pain keeps up and you are unable to drink fluids, you will need to be seen for a diagnosis and to prevent dehydration.  GOod luck!

100 cal each: For fried chicken wings, about 100 cal each. For ten, about 1000 cal. Too much. For grilled wing, about 60 cal each. Better choice.

Onset of symptoms (diarrhea, cramps, vomiting, fever) vary by cause, can appear hours to few days post-exposure and last 1 day to 1 week. Can be mild to life-threatening. See your doctor ASAP if child develops any symptoms.

Unlikely: Generally, black and tarry stools happen when there is cause of upper GI bleed. Here the hemoglobin undergoes chemical reaction leading to change in color. A common cause for this is ulcers. They can be caused by medications (advil (ibuprofen) or motrin) or infections (H. pylori). For now, I would suggest monitoring for other symptoms. It may be absolutely nothing because you have no other symptoms.

Tooth Extraction: Each extraction is a small surgery, and each one is slightly different. You don't have major symptoms and appear to be healing normally. Healing usually takes about a week. Cut your food into small pieces and take small bites. Nothing too hot, spicy or crunchy. Further guidance from the surgeon who removed the teeth.

Little or no risk: There is no risk of food-borne infection from undercooked chicken. If the skin was well done but the meat inside still pink, there is no risk at all. This is nothing to be worried about.

my 1 year old (17 months) was eating a chicken wing, and i went to check on the progress of her eating and she ate the whole bone in the wing part!

Not to worry: Take a piece of the chicken bone and leave it in vinegar over night. When you see how soft the bone is in the morning, you will realize why there is no cause for alarm.  The acidity of the stomach is MUCH more than that of vinegar.  If the baby is behaving normally, there is no problem.
