Blue Star is: Camphor and lard. I don't see how either of those things would get rid of a fungus. If you know you have a fungus, use an otc anti-fungal product like lotrimin, Lamisil or tinactin (tolnaftate) 2x / day for at least 30 days. Your fungus will clear up in 3-5 days, but since fungal spores live 30 days, you need to use it that long or it'll recur.

Completely : Different. Fungus is a living organism. Eczema is a skin condition where skin is inflammed. Both could itch and therin lies a similarity. Fungus can spread, eczema doesn't spread but rather can occur in multiple locations.
