Ovarian cysts: 6cm is about the size of a large lime. Whether an ovarian cyst needs to come out does not only depend on the size, however. It also depends on whether you have symptoms from the cyst, as well as what the cyst looks like - whether it is complex or simple, whether it has any concerning features, etc. There are many different kinds of ovarian cysts. You should talk to your gynecologist.

Avoid lots of soy: Sometimes functional cysts - which are cysts that resolve on their own - can take longer to resolve if a woman is taking estrogen.  Soy is a plant estrogen, and it can cause irregular periods if a woman is taking a large amount daily.  It may make a cyst take longer to resolve.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Pelvic pain due to eating may not be from a  gynecologic cause

Eat low carb: The most important thing to do is address why a cyst developed.  Try some things on your own but it's also useful to work with a doctor that can do testing. You should first consider that you may be developing Insulin resistance and fix that with a low carbohydrate diet.

A fluid collection: Most women of child bearing years have collections of fluid in the ovaries surrounded by a thin wall of tissue. This is an ovarian cyst and is common during each menstrual cycle. In most cases these are benign. Diet and exercise do not play a role as far as we know in reducing the risk of having a cyst. Speak with your gynecologist or primary care physician if you have further questions.

Healthy foods: I don't know of any foods that would affect an ovarian cyst.  But definitely it seems that a lot of your health issues come from abdomen area.  Make sure to eat a lot of fiber.  I'm likely kale salads right now.  Blueberries are another super food that's in season now. But fiber to keep your intestines regular is #1. Also stay well hydrated with water in these summer months.

Not likely: The pain from ovarian cysts is not usually affected by eating.  The ovaries are a long ways away from the stomach anatomically.

i had laparascopy of ovarian cyst 1 month ago. i haven't become period yet. what should i do? i want to get pregnant. i had pco before.i eat metformin

Call your surgeon: You need to call your GYN surgeon and find out when to expect a period after the laparoscopy. If the cyst was drained is one expectation for your period and if it was removed is another.

Post op visit: Since you just had surgery and are experiencing complications it would be best to schedule follow up with your surgeon for a post op visit. An examination can be done to determine if all is well.
