Relatively safe: About 2% can have ear trauma.  There are other issues like sinus trauma, and pneumothoraces(collapsed lungs).  Probably the most concerning adverse effect, are seizures, but they are rare, on the order of 1 seizure in every 10,000-100,000 treatments.

See below:: Frontal lobe dementia, usually means gradually progressive disease, affecting the frontal lobes, and over years and in the later stages of the disease, mutism may result often with other symptoms (lack of drive, disinhibition or bizarre behavior, problems with planning and judgement).
A stroke may cause similar symptoms, but comes on rapidly. Recovery in much older patients is  often poor or slow.

can sharp pains in my head in the front mean i could have a stroke  i'm on the contraceptive pill so im at risk only thing is i dont smoke?

Not likely: Nothing is impossible, but as a non-smoker under age 35 you are in a  low-risk group for cats form OCP. Most all such clots are in the legs not the head. if the pains continue see your own doctor about whether to continue OCP. Good wishes.

i'm only 19 and i'm in fear of suddenly having a stroke. is this rare? i get headaches and sometimes vision loss, crawling sensation in my head

You're probably: having the aura of migraine headaches.Do you actually lose your vision(everything goes black),or does it just get blurry or fuzzy? Thats a migraine aura, as is the crawling sensation..  If you actually lose your vision,that is seriouss and needs Neurologic and Ophthalmologic eval. overall, it sounds like migraines or migraine equivalents. See your Dr. Your risk of stroke is rare.

Migraine: Not necessarily, it can also be a migraine, you will need a complete evaluation.

Stroke unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

sporadic sharp burning pain in shin below front of right knee mostly occurs when seated. i am on plavix 75mg due to a mild stroke a year ago. when i press in the spot the pain usually stops. i walk twice daily for about 15 minutes without issue?

It can be from blood vessels being clogged ("ischemic"), or from blood leaking out because of high blood pressure, blood disorders, trauma, etc.  Either way, the tissue does not get enough oxygen and it gets injured.  Eventually it will die if blood flow is not restored fast enough.
