Schedule a visit : There are several causes of  vaginal discharge and testing is needed to determine the cause and treatment.  Bacterial vaginosis, yeast and stds are common causes. The frequent urination may be an indication of a bladder infection.

Yeast infection?: One of the most common causes of a discharge that looks like cottage cheese is a yeast infection.  It is usually associated with a lot of itching.   Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhea or Chlamydia can also give you a bad discharge.  STIs can negatively impact future fertility so its best to get an exam and the right treatment.  Best wishes

Vaginal Norms: It very well could be that you have a bladder infection. But, the brown discharge is most likely a normal old blood and vaginal secretions left over from previous periods.

If the bladder symptoms continue you need to be tested for a uti.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. You seem to have vaginal infection and may need some tests. It is imperative that you see your doctor. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

YES: Unprotected sex, no form of contraception (pulling out is roulette, not contraception)- the sperm can live up to 72 hours as they work their way through the uterus and ocassionally up a fallopian tube seeking out a vulnerable egg.  Get tested.

Some: Since her problem is vaginal, the urinalysis bears no meaning .  I suspect however that she likely has a monilial vaginitis and she needs to consult her GYN for treatment after a diagnosis has been made.
