The doctor can help figure out where the problem is coming from, such as the bladder, the penis, the brain, etc...  Such symptoms don't sound normal for a teen guy.

A teen male is much less likely than a teen girl to get a UTI.  So, a teen male with possible UTI symptoms needs to see his doctor. Also, there are some less common medical disorders that cause UTI symptoms but are not infections.
