May be caffeine: What kind of sweets are you eating? If there is chocolate, it may be the caffeine in the sweets that is acting as a diuretic.

OBS: sounds like overactive bladder syndrome; however, you must be checked for kidney/bladder infection and kidney illness.

See Doc timely...: Peeing often &amp; a big stomach after a small meal may be independent. Why are you peeing often? See Doc to check if you have UTI or are able to empty bladder and hold the urine. For small meal + big stomach + pain, you need to make sure you didn't swallow much air or food indigestion. So, go to see Doc to check these things out. Best luck...

okay i used methotrexate injection 1 vial because of the frequent urination..do i have to worry about anything? also i seem to feel full after eating little but still feeling so hungry from the inside,what can be the problem?

: Methotrexate is not usually used for frequency of Urination.  Pl do not take any med without proper indication and being given by a doc. . for the the other symptoms you need to be seen and have some tests- to find cause.

Diabetes: The urine frequency in poorly controlled diabetes is usually associated with large volumes of urine at each urination, while the urine frequency seen in urinary tract infections is usually associated with voiding in small amounts of urine with or without urinary burning. If you think you may have a bladder infection get a urinalysis and culture to be sure. Get dietary advice for your high A1c.

It is not uncommon!: The thing that seems to cause diuresis (increased urination) for most people with diet change is the significant reduction in sodium that comes with eating healthier/avoiding more processed foods. Often, when people lose more weight the first week or so on a "diet", it is chalked up to "water weight." Your body soon equilibrates. Remember, healthy drinking of more water also leads to more urine:)

Gi-related problems can originate from the small intestine (crohn's, infection, partial obstruction), the colon (colitis, appendicitis, tb, altered motility), the kidney & collecting system (ascending infection, stones), ovaries, tubes, uterus, hernias that may contain bowel, bleeding, abscess...You get the point.  Please seek evaluation/treatment.

UTI: Symptoms are commonly seen in urinary tract infections, not as common in men, but possible. Kidney stones can sometimes cause similar symptoms, pain tends to lateralize. On the background it seems that severe constipation is contributing as well. Other possibilities cannot be excluded, he needs to be evaluated for further recommendations.
