Try It And See: Well,look,you've just asked a question on-line and Presto! you've got an answer (from one of the most respected and esteemed doctors in his own mind!).The next step would to either keep submitting a series of questions and getting a series of answers from a bunch of us or just take a leap and get a consult(either video,text,or by phone.I like phone so I don't have to dress up like a doctor).DO IT!

Hmmm....: That's like asking why get a haircut and style at a salon where you have to pay $49 when your relatives are getting the same cut and style for free because they are in the bridal party. The answer is because that cut and style looks just great. It's that simple. However, if coworkers have a benefit, maybe one can ask the employer how to become eligible for that benefit (you might qualify).

In country: You will need to do a video consult in your country in order to receive the benefits you described. Call your original dr's office and ask where this is available locally. They usually have some kind of referral list available.
