The 2: Nationally known cancer research centers are scripps and uc san diego.  I've worked at the nci and 5 nci designated centers, and I am not sure that you have to go to one of these for most cases of breast cancer care. In fact, sometimes going to your local center/doctor first, and seeking the 2nd opinion is best. You choose.

El marino collagen: Not completely sure since the product is not  fda listed, but a quick search  found nothing in it that would harm a child.  Listed is:
~ blood red orange * pomegranate * marine collagen ~ none are harmful, but i would not recommend a child use it.  If this was accidental ingestion, you need to consider how much was taken.   If not sure, call posien control in your area for free advice.

Bd of cosmetic surge: The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery does not require one to be a board certified plastic surgeon, so that any board certified surgeon can take a course and become certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. I prefer a board certified plastic surgeon doing cosmetic surgery.

Need more studies: There are some facts that annona muricata ( soursop) perhaps contains an active substance/molecules that  can kill certain cancer cells. Some study has demonstated some positive data in vitro -in the laboratories. However there are a lot of questions that have to be asnwered first before declaring that it can really treat cancer.

Best is relative.: Good medical schools and great doctors in every country.  Generalizing possible, but misleading.  Most medical education takes place during internship / residency. Best education is one that prepares you for practice in the society and culture you live in. Japanese schools are great for japanese physicians and likewise for the other countries.

Type of doctor need?: Are you looking for a primary care doctor (e.g. an internist, family practice doctor, or OB/GYN) or a specific type of specialist (e.g. cardiologist, endocrinologist, etc.)??

Most insurance provide patients with a list of doctors available within their network. Consider contacting insurance company for list. Medicaid (or Medi-Cal) are difficult to find. Best of luck.
