i recently this month have been having a problem with pulling back my foreskin. i'm not sure if its due to a sexual injury but now if i force it back it would basically cause cuts on the foreskin. i've been with the same partner for about 5 years now?

: IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO BECOME CIRCUMCISED AND REMOVE THE FORESKIN. THE FORESKIN CAN CAUSE IRRATION AND BE AN AREA THAT WILL CONTAIN BACTERIA. REMOVE FORESKIN FOR HYGIENIC PURPOSES.

Not definitely: There is a  chance the tightening is due to a fungal infection or skin change that may be amenable to topical steroid and/or antifungal. Yes: I give you credit for asking a difficult question.  The answer is yes.  Be gentle, use lubricant.  And there is "too much of a good thing".  Too aggressive or frequent masturbation can bruise the penis and irritate the skin.  Moderation is important...

Area still inflammed: It is likely that the cut/slit is not completely healed and thus every time it is exposed to urine (acidic and salty) burning sensation can occur. Also, inflammation on the inside of your foreskin, i.E, from fungal infection, can cause burning as well. If it is better, you should be ok in few days. If not, consult doc..Likely some topical ointment can be used to help. Good luck.

Never completely: If a foreskin closed up completely, one would not be able to pee. If it closed up almost completely, it would balloon up each time he urinates. Infection or a skin disorder can cause foreskin problems... but we would hope that one's foreskin has been loose and easily able to pull over the glans, rinsed off daily, and kept in good condition all the time since late childhood.

See doctor: It appears that your son has phimosis. He should not pull on his foreskin. Arrange for him to see a doctor as a circumcision may be needed, to prevent complications from the abnormality.
